The experience was more than what we expected. Beautiful home and great location. . . we definitely plan on coming back. Awesome place. Right next to a boat ramp. Perfect for weekend fishing.” - Marty “Nice and quiet place to stay near the lake. Super thoughtful hosts, local recommendations provided in the guest book even down to their menu favorites of what to order! Loved that they had a large selection of flavored coffees, made a cup and sat enjoying the peaceful atmosphere! Would stay here again for sure.” - Heather “Our family had a wonderful stay at the Tiny House. We felt right at home and were amazed at how comfortable the space was. Our hosts were wonderful, so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned. IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the tiny home is located on the same lot as a house, but the backyard is not a shared space and the pool is not available for Tiny Home guests. While parking in the driveway is shared, you will have your own private area separate from the houses. If you book, please be considerate of others and respect their privacy. If you prefer a private experience, you can book the entire property by visiting airbnb /h/thebeltonlakehouse. Routine lawn maintenance is done regularly and may take place during your stay. The team works quickly and does their best to avoid any disruption. No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to review and understand the policy before booking to avoid any surprises later. Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare.
