Enjoy convenient access to I-35, centrally located between Killeen and Temple, and close to downtown Belton. This cozy home features a full kitchen, backyard, two king beds, and a dedicated workspace for remote work. With charming finishes and essential amenities, it\`s an ideal retreat for stays of one week or longer in a convenient and relaxing setting. Here\`s what a few past guests have said: \`Cute and well organized place. Had everything I needed and was convenient to get to the freeway and to the downtown of Belton.\` \`We had a colleague in town for two weeks for business. We are very thankful to have found Breanne\`s home which was very clean and homey!\` \`Great place, great communication\` All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned. No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare.
