I didn't have a great experience in the room. The floor was not super clean, as well as the walls. The situation in the bathroom was really bad. The shower would always flood the whole bathroom. This room needs a restoration.

The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting.

Não percebi nenhuma atitude positiva no check-in dia 24/07/2026 as 22:15h.

Outro funcionário tomou iniciativa e conseguiu localizar o dono do veiculo, solicitando a retirada.
