Above ground pool and swing for the kiddos as well as a large firepit out front. 11 miles to Laporte, 17 miles to Downtown Fort Collins, 55 miles to Cheyenne, WY, 104 miles from Denver Airport. Several hiking nearby as well as off road adventure areas. Sip your morning coffee in the front yard and watch the rafters pass by!
