### Holiday Home 'Vall Bellver' with Mountain Views, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Can Vall Bellver is located on the first street when entering Bellver from the south and offers beautiful views of the Cadí mountain range. The house is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, you will find a kitchen with a living room, fireplace, TV, dining area, terrace, and a guest toilet. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a full bathroom and a balcony with views, as well as two double bedrooms and another bathroom. The top floor features an attic room with views, equipped with a double bed and two single beds, allowing up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, two televisions, two fans, a washing machine, and a dryer. A cot and high chair are also available. The property has its own outdoor space with a covered and uncovered terrace in the communal garden, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. There is free enclosed parking on the property and street parking available. Pets, smoking indoors, and events are not allowed. The parking area provides space to store skis. The property is energy-efficient thanks to photovoltaic panels and sustainable insulation materials.
