Really nice rooms with a nice fridge. Liked the room setup and ability to stream Netflix using our account from home. Free wifi and lots of places to charge electronics. Didn’t use the pool or fitness center but nice amenities to have. Really liked the underground parking which was secured. Fred Meyers and a Costco nearby is super convenient. Breakfast was good. Lots of options but particularly liked the oatmeal bar and kids loved waffles. We'll definitely return

This hotel was a great place for our family to stay. The rooms were large and comfortable. It would have been nice to have bedskirts on the box springs and a little better sheets. The lobby was a great place to play games and the kids enjoyed the pool, although the atmosphere in the pool room had a VERY strong chlorine smell.

Nice lobby bar area. Breakfast had a good selection. Our daughter found an m&m and popcorn on the floor of our room (not ours) which makes us question what else wasn’t cleaned properly? It was. Very noisy night. Kids and adults taking loudly in the halls and the upstairs room was having a party until the early hours of the morning! Had there been some sort of noise control by management we would have had a much better stay.

Really great setup for families and there were many people staying there with kids. Rooms were fine, but definite signs of wear in some places (ripped wallpaper, a few holes in curtains), but adequate. We were really looking forward to using the indoor pool, but it is unheated and looked pretty cloudy and I saw a hair clump floating on top - no thanks! Breakfast was easy and great - kids were happy to have a variety of options and I was happy to not have to travel with them so early.

Everything was great with the exception of our check-in. The employee didn’t raise his head to acknowledge me, talked so quiet with barely any instructions. I had to ask what room, floor, breakfast, etc. I did not feel welcomed especially after a long day of travel.

The room was huge, clean and modern. The separate rooms for the toilet and shower/big sink was great. the breakfast was really nice with lots of selection and fresh food. Honestly, I had no idea this hotel would be so fantastic.

It was a terribly disappointing experience. Our door handle broke off the bathroom door and I brought it down to the staff on our way to dinner and they essentially laughed about it. There were also blood stains on the floor and both sinks were so backed up that we ended up having to brush our teeth in the shower because it was so bad. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly because if it were, they would have seen these things. Very disappointing based on how much money I paid. And honestly, no matter how much money I paid, this wasn't right.

Breakfast is outstanding! Room is very roomy and updated. Swimming pool is bigger compared to others around the same area. Gym is great too. Coffee can be better. Great for families. Staffs are all very courteous and helpful. Will come back again!
