It is the 2nd story of an office building, requiring ascending/descending a flight of stairs. Slightly unconventional, this converted office space has 2 large bedrooms off of a full kitchen with a large table for dining, and no formal living room. Each bedroom includes a King sized bed, a sofa bed or couch, 43" screen tv, wifi. It also had one of the best equipped kitchens we have seen in any similar rental including snacks, water, basic foods, etc. The host was very responsive when we had a brief mechanical question with the coffee maker. The only negatives for us were that the apartment is located near a busy intersection and was a bit noisy at times and retains heat when it’s hot outside. The provided AC units were also a bit noisy which meant it may not be the best choice for a light sleeper like me in hot weather.
