Hair balls and dirty toilets !
What a disaster! After a 12 hour drive, we tried three different rooms, at this hotel,but all were dirty... then we finally asked for a refund. The staff tried, but had no authority to rectify the situation . To make matters worse, Expedia was not at all helpful to find us another room in our price range. I didn't have a US phone plan, and Expedia kept me on the phone waiting for a half hour... and in the end didn't help us relocate. what a horrible start to what was supposed to be a special weekend for daughter and I .

Cynthia, we apologize for the housekeeping issues in your room and even more that we didn't promptly respond to correct it. We have inspection procedures in place to make sure that this does not occur, so we regret that steps were missed in this case. We're working with our housekeeping department to tighten procedures to make sure that we deliver a superb stay every time.
