« Great getaway, close to it all! Fishing orientated lake house, separate bait/catch fridge, private dock for a boat, and super close to a sandy beach! Gorgeous views all around. Everything your family could need. Updated bath, A/C in every room, updated kitchen, gas stove, water cooler, easy parking, and a cute back yard for hang outs. Locals were very friendly and helpful. « I was greeted and assisted as soon as my car was parked, by the manager, he was kind and very helpful getting me settled with instructions for the room and security. Imagine getting the same kind helpful assistance in the morning before leaving for my family’s holiday's celebrations, and again upon returning later that night! »

« There was a winter storm that came through, but we expected nothing less, The owner was out of town, but his nephew who was caring for the place made sure that the snow was cleared and we were not stuck. We couldn’t have asked for more. My kids and I had such a wonderful time. »

« The house has beautiful views and is very spacious. The host was very communicative and the place was a wonderful deal. The hot water has a very bad aroma, sulfur I believe, and it would be nice if it could be filtered in a way to remove the smell. The outside temps got up to about 80 and the loft area got very warm making it a little difficult for the guest who was up there to sleep. « We just loved this stay!! Everything was just as described, but with some aspects that words and photos don’t capture. Such Amazing energy in this place!! Great combination of modern, industrial, simple craftsman, and so much character! The view of the river and the various wildlife we got to enjoy made you feel like you were pretty isolated, yet conveniently located in town. We will definitely be back and will always try to stay here! »
