I have no clue where to begin. The front desk staff were friendly so that’s a plus. The check in process was fine. We got to our room and it looked very over run compared to the photographs. The cleanliness of the room was awful, the simplest of details were missed. The wifi that was apart of the room didn’t work at all (I was there for business and needed wifi in the room) the receptionist tried going to two other rooms for me and it was the same side of the building as my original room, and those rooms she tried showing didn’t have working wifi. After trying those other rooms, she said she’d call me with a solution and I never ended up receiving a call from the receptionist with an actual solution. In the room we found used kleenex stuffed behind our mattress, the pillows were barely the size of a throw pillow and we’re not comfortable.
The room had a lot of simple details that needed attention and it makes me question if they actually have any form of maintenance.The carpets need a good deep cleaning. The light switches need a good cleaning as there’s built up dirt.The mattress was comfortable which was good.
I really wish I could bring more good things to say about this place but based upon my experience I would not recommend anyone to waste their money.There seems to be a lack of good consistent cleaning standards throughout the building. Some common spaces weren’t well kept either. The point of sale wasn’t working at checkout and didn’t receive my deposit back($200)
