Only 2 dogs max allowed. \- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. \- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors. \- A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required prior to check-in. \- Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM. \- Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and yard during their stay. (Please note that the backyard is not fenced in.) \- This is a charming older home, which means it has plenty of character, and sometimes a subtle ‘old house’ scent. It’s part of the home’s personality, but we like to note it in case you’re especially sensitive. \- Enjoy complete comfort with indoor temperatures easily adjustable between 67 and 73 degrees. \- While we strive to provide everything you need, please note that extra sheets and supplies may not always be available during your visit. We provide an initial stock of supplies, guests are expected to supply the rest from there. \- Occasionally, our handyman or lawn care workers may be present for maintenance. Rest assured, they will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay unless there's an emergency. \- Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.
