Built in 2018, the walkout basement was finished in late 2019. King bed en suite master on main floor. Queen bedroom and two twin bedroom upstairs share a bath. Walkout basement has a queen bed, 3/4 bath, wet bar, poker table and TV. There is NO on-street parking allowed in the development. Some may see this as a drawback, we saw it as a positive and it was one of the things that drew us to the property. It ensures a quiet neighborhood. There is enough room for 2 cars in the driveway and a guest spot about 100 yards away around the bend on Jonathan Lane. Our daughter plays a varsity sport at Penn State so we are in and out frequently. I have blocked out all dates.
