"The whole experience was great."

"The rooms are bright, open and welcoming and the bed is very comfortable. But what really made me day and my stay was my check-in experience. I was in Montreal to visit my daughter in the hospital and to take her back home. After visiting the hospital I arrived at the hotel to check in, not realizing that the room I had booked did not have a microwave. When I returned to the front desk to ask about a microwave, Bhanisha was able to accommodate my request by switching my room to one that suited my needs. She did it quickly and with a smile. I worked from the hotel room for a day and found it to be quiet, relaxing and with very reliable high speed internet that suited my requirements. The atrium is lovely for relaxing and the pool area was clean and relaxing as well."
