Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you have felt like you have had a bad experience staying with us for your second time around, this wasn't our intention. I did want to point out however, that the room you booked on the Expedia booking website, was a standard double room, if you had of booked a twin room there would of been an additional single bed in the room. A standard double universally has only one bed, accommodates 1 - 2 people.Further to this, unfortunately, due to the humidity in the air in the Geelong/Melbourne areas at the moment, this is causing tiles to appear as they have been just mopped, we would of been more than happy to come and speak to you about this during your stay to address your concerns.We were profusely apologetic regarding the smell you found the room to have and again this wasn't intentional, we have done all that we can to rectify the issue.Its very unfortunate that you had issues in the room, I would urge you in the future to come and visit us in reception if these things have come to light during your stay and we would en devour to rectify the issues straight away for you. We are available 24 / 7 and live onsite, Reception is open from 8am - 8pm 7 days per week.Thanks again, have a lovely Christmas.

Hi Andrew,Thank you for your feedback. I just wanted to let you know that due to our spa's being under maintenance, we do not charge our guests spa suite rates. Guests are only been charged a standard double room rate. This is why when guests book the rooms, we do not have any spa suites available as rooms to book so to speak, only standard double or twin rooms. Sorry about the misunderstanding, however I thought it would be important to let you know.Kind Regards,Sarah
