Due to its elevated location, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended during the winter months to navigate the driveway. This level also features a spacious double-vanity bathroom with a large walk-in shower. second level: two inviting bedrooms—one with a queen, the other with a king—paired with a luxurious wet-room-style bathroom boasting a freestanding soaking tub and spa-inspired touches. top level: the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space with upscale Café appliances, a dedicated coffee bar, and seasonal lake views. During winter, the driveway will be plowed, and the front stairs shoveled prior to your arrival.
