It was very clean with a bedroom on the main floor along with the only bathroom. Upstairs was oodles of places to sleep. It was just my husband and myself so we didn’t need to use the upstairs. There is a very nice hiking path and river by the road that you take to enter the housing area. We didn’t need to make contact with the owner as everything worked as it should. We loved the wrap around porch, especially with a little one. We could be out there and not worry with it all blocked off.
