Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The place was clean and welcoming. My husband loved the bike shed to store and maintenance our bikes. We did have an issue with the washer. I was able to text Vacasa, they replied immediately and said they would send someone out. We never saw anyone though. I wish there were some hangers for our clothes, a t.v. in the master, and the outdoor patio was very dirty. There were a lot of weeds and dead bushes, so the landscaping needed some attention.
