It would have been 5/5, but there were three items that need some work. The pots and pans were very worn and scratched. They have the Teflon bottoms and we went out and bought a pan because we didn’t feel comfortable using them. I would also say the weeds i the back yard next to the deck need to cut back. Last, there are nails and screws coming out of the deck boards that you can cut your foot on. All very minor items. We had a great time and the property managers were very communicated well. Had our family Thanksgiving dinner at the home and it had everything we could have needed, especially pans for cookings. Pool table and shuffle board were favorites for the kids. Actually, I think we saw more deer than people around the neighborhood. Very close to the back 40 trail and just a short drive to all the other trail systems that the area is so well know for. ##### Greg S. The house and everything in it is basically brand new and in immaculate condition. It was really hot while we were there so we didn't use the jacuzzi but we certainly enjoyed hanging out on the deck.
