This unique space has everything you need! It is close to the lakes, parks, golf courses, recreational centers and more. Outside our neighborhood is the 50 miles trail that connects to the Back 40 trail and other trails in the area. I'm sure you'll enjoy! Pets are welcome in our home! We do have a pet fee, please see house rules for more details. The space We have a lovely 2 story townhouse with a private deck on both floors. THE FIRST LEVEL is an open space of the dining and living area. Kitchen, a half bath/ powder room, a storage room for all your adventure equipment, and a screened porch. We have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Comes with: \-Electric Stove \- Pots/Pans/Baking pans \-Serving utensils \- Grilling tongs \- knives \- Oven \-Small Electric grill \- Dishwasher \- Microwave \- Serving Dishes \- Glassware/Dinnerware/Bakeware \-Coffee Maker with coffee, and sugar. \-Kids' dinnerware \-Paper Towel \-Cleaning stuff -under the kitchen sink \-liquid dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods THE LIVING SPACE: \-Smart T.V, WIFI. A washer and a Dryer. A relaxing deck. The Master bedroom has a very comfy California king-size bed. It has its own private deck and its own stairs to easily access the walking trail. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, a desk/study table, and a small storage closet. For the full bathroom we provide: \-Toiletries \-Hairdryer NOTE: Because of inflation and other financial aspects of the current economy we will NOT be providing the following items until further notice: Liquid Laundry Detergent, liquid softener, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Please remember to bring them with you. Thank you! Guest access 1\. You have access to all the amenities inside the house. 2\. You need a guest card to access POA lake and recreational centers. If you are planning to do so, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide them before you check-in. You just have to provide us : 1\. "All" the guests' complete name 2\. City and state of where you're from 3\. An Email where we can send them. 3\. You do NOT need a guest pass in walking/biking trails and golf courses. 4\. Guests' passes /cards are NOT a free pass to access Bella Vista amenities - You still have to pay the necessary fees to use the amenities. Other things to note 1\. We have a pet fee. please let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet/s. 2\. This townhouse does not have private lake access. BUT it is very close to public lake access. 3.There's a lot of stairs. If you have small children and if you have physical disability or just having a hard time going up and down the stairs it would be more ideal if you stay somewhere else. 4\. We loved being right on the lake and the access to the trail. The location is amazing. We were minutes from Tanyard Creek, Pinion Creek and the Mildred B Cooper Chapel. The townhouse is comfortable and had everything we needed. I would say that a little TLC is needed in places. For example, the curtain rods are taped in the middle as they are broken. Little things like that make the house feel cheaper and less well maintained. Also, the front door keypad doesn't work and didn't work for the guest before us. That should also be fixed. The host answered our call immediately when we couldn't get into the house and told us how to use the keys. All in all a comfortable place. ##### Frank S. Very comfortable with a full washer and dryer if needed. Comfortable king (?) sized bed in one room. Be alert that this unit has stairs to access both bedrooms if that is an issue. There is a nice walkway below units that form a loop trail… very nice so check it out! The only concern I had (mainly because I was not familiar with this type of lock) was that there wasn’t a physical dead bolt that you put in place yourself or see from the inside like in a hotel room… you turn a knob and hear a slight locking sound that is the dead bolt but I just had to keep testing it out as I felt a little insecure about it. The location was perfect for the plans we had, no more than 30 minutes drive to everything. The upstairs porch feels like you are in the trees with the wildlife. The trail that backs up to the property is very peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable, so much so we almost didn’t get up to do things! We will be getting the same bedding for our bedroom at home! The only reason we put 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness is because someone had used the downstairs bathroom before we arrived and forgotten to flush. Be extra careful when booking this property!The morning we left Houston, we realized we never received check-in info or an access code, so we messaged the host through Vrbo. 9 hours later we still hadn't received the info or a reply, so we messaged again and texted directly and left a voicemail. Still nothing.Vrbo support couldn't reach them either and said we had to "self-book" somewhere else. We scrambled to find somewhere else to stay.After arriving at our new temporary accommodations, the host finally called back saying an email with check-in info was supposed to have been sent but never was, and that her phone was not available all day. She offered to refund us for the first day if we wanted to use the rest of the reservation, or refund the entire reservation. I told her we'd think about it and let her know in the morning. She then sent the missing check-in info.Next morning, I texted again to let her know we would be using the rest of the reservation, but hours passed before we got a reply.If you manage a property and you know you're hosting people, then you have to keep your phone on you and be responsive to messages and voicemails!
