While this property has beautiful pictures and great reviews, our experience was very disappointing. We had to contact VRBO directly as the host information was not accurate and we never did have direct contact, needing to work with VRBO to get access. The host on file with VRBO was also incorrect. Checkin was delayed as a cleaning lady was still on site trying to get things done. Some of the bedding was not changed and there was all sorts of dog hair and dust bunnies throughout the house. Kitchen appliances and floor were sticky as well with food particles left around the stove. We spent the first couple hours of our stay cleaning so the babies could play on the floor. In addition the TV remote was not working along with several lights fixtures. There were trash bags with rotting food left on the back patio, the front entrance was dirty and the stairs leading to the lake are eroded and very treacherous. We were not able to contact the host for any assistance as the information on file with VRBO was incorrect. The house was well equipped and the view was lovely. This property is in need of some serious care and created a very disappointing stay for our family. ##### Dawn S.
