Our home has an easy path leading to the shore and private dock with a boat slip on Lake Windsor - Bella Vista's finest lake for fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming! After a big day on the water, relax in the hot tub spa, have a meal al fresco, or continue to enjoy the views and a TV show from the cozy screened in porch! If you're looking to get out and explore the great outdoors, our home is just a few minutes from some of NWA's premium hiking, biking and walking trails. When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by the large windows with a view and our cozy living room with seating, a Smart TV, and a fireplace. In this open concept space, you'll also find a dining table for 8 and our fully stocked kitchen! Downstairs, there is an additional living space with more seating, a kitchenette, a dart board, another Smart TV AND a ping pong table! After a long day out on the lakes and trails, settle into one of our 4 luxury bedrooms: (1) Our primary bedroom is on the main floor and features a King-size bed, closet, dresser, Smart TV, and large en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom is on the main floor and has a two Twin/Twin bunk beds, closet, and a nearby half bath. (3) Our third bedroom is downstairs and has a Queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (4) Our fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a King-size bed, Smart TV, dresser, and an en suite bathroom. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid PRIOR to your arrival. House Rules that are strictly enforced: \- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. \- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. \- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. \- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. \- This is a non-smoking home. The house was immaculate with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of high end towels, sheets and blankets. Bathrooms were updated with all modern fixtures. Plenty of consumables that lasted through out the week.The views of the lake from the two balconies were outstanding. Hot tub was a huge plus as was the large grill on the upper deck.The management company was the best that I have ever encountered in years of renting vacation homes. They even decorated the house for Christmas, making us feel right at home for the holiday.Everything was exactly as advertised on the VRBO listing.If we return to Arkansas in the future we will be staying here. ##### Porsche F. This property was a diamond in the rough ... although the photographs were accurate and up to date you really can't appreciate how nice the property is until you walk through the front door. The house was spacious very clean and well decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind, every room was its own little oasis of comfort..large sitting areas and gathering spots throughout the house with a large kitchen on the main floor and a full service bar on the second floor..two large and very spacious decks on each floor offer a great place for all to gather and chill comfortably..only a few steps from the house to the lake there is a dock that had everything you need for safe and fun water play.. life vest..kayak ..canoe ..paddle boards and a large floating pad all available for use so as to layout and chill on the lake..an added treat at the end the day was ending the night with a late night dip in the large hot tub!!
