Pros: • hot running water (my first time showering I waited a few minutes for the water to heat then it was good to go.) • WiFi • walkable distance to many popular attractions • laundry service • rooftop access • 24/7 access to tea station • elevator & stairs • airport shuttle service (10/10) Cons: • the buffet could offer more variety • the window in my bathroom wouldn’t lock!"

"The manager of the hotel was absolutely excellent, as was the staff, except for one desk clerk who almost caused us to lose our trip from Cusco to Machu Picchu, our main reason for the trip, due to his negligence in managing obtaining a taxi....Taxi was scheduled to arrive at 6:30 am, but he did not order new taxi until 7:15 when we were to be at our pickup point at 7:00 for pickup by Inca Rail between 7:30-8:00\. Taxi did not arrive at Torre Dorado until 7:35\. It was only due to excellent service from Inca Rail that we were able to make the connection."
