"This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. "This property is literally part of the Victoria train station. Made my last day in the UK a breeze as all I needed to do was roll out of bed and onto the train to the airport! Was clean and neat but the room I had was small. Enough for me. One or two people with little room for luggage. Other then that it was wonderful."

They even kept our bags when we arrived early so we could go off and explore! We took the option of the continental breakfast which was varied and perfect to start the day. "Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

"As I am on a walking stick I requested a ground floor room (Over the telephone after I had booked) but this was not adhered and I found it quite difficult getting up the fairly steep stairs. The room itself was very very small and pokey & certainly not worth the £180 charged. We booked a twin but got a double! Would I stay again - certainly not. However the staff were most nice, polite & welcoming."
