I appreciated the friendliness of the lady at the front desk. She welcomed us and was very helpful and informative. Our room was very clean and it was quiet throughout the night. The price was reasonable and we will definitely stay here again.

It was so nice to be picked up at the airport late at night. The driver was kind and very helpful. Checkin was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable, although a little tight to do my stretches in the morning. The breakfast had a large variety of food: eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, english muffins, biscuits & gravy etc. And the price was right! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room smelled like dirty water. The room was not clean, the toilet kept running, the TV was very old, the bed was very uncomfortable. We had to check out after the first night. There was loud noises all night long.

We are sorry you had a non pleasant stay with us. We will look into what happened with that room. Our tvs are less than 2 years old. We have an inspector that checks our rooms so we never have stuff missed.

Loud. Not good sound barriers between rooms. Bathroom door was broke and no hot water. But the staff was amazing.suoer friendly and helpful.

$30 per night pet fee is ridiculous. I don't call that "pet friendly".

Our pet fee is 30 per week and it’s very reasonable compared to other hotels we checked fees with when making our pet rate. If a pet does damage 30 doesn’t cover any damage you have to think of it that way. We have to deep clean every room that has had a dog in it so it’s extra cost also.

We needed a safe property close to the airport for an early morning flight. This was exactly what we needed. We were unable to use any of the services, including the free breakfast, since we arrived late and needed to leave very early. But the price was good, the place was clean, and we had a decent sleep before the alarm clock woke us to leave.

This was such a convenient location to the airport, especially with a late night flight arrival. Staff was friendly. The room that I was in was LOUD all night long due to a constantly running bathroom fan that could not be shut off. Staff offered another room, but since all rooms have a bathroom fan, I didn’t think it would be any quieter, so I elected to stay put. Breakfast was standard as expected, but I love it when breakfast is included in the stay.

You booked your reservation via a 3rd party and received a discounted rate. By doing so you agree to their cancel policies. A no cancel means no cancel I’m not sure why this is so unreasonable maybe next time read the fine print better. We are just following policy.

Beds were terrible, room was just OK for cleanliness. My husband found gum on the headboard. The front door didn't have an automatic door opener so bringing in loads of luggage was very difficult, especially with kids.
