Excellent bijou hotel with well-designed individualised rooms in an old-style building. Quirky lift and restricted reception hours, but the staff are friendly and attentive, while room prices are still modest.

A boutique hotel with charming rooms, very centrally located in Belgrade, close to amenities and sights. Staff friendly and efficient. Reception hours and services are limited, but all in all it is a great place to stay.

beautiful up-to-date room, clean and comfortable, quiet even if in the very center of the city, great bed to sleep into but above all great and very friendly staff, helpful, nice, giving good advices for dining and places to go and also polite. I'll be coming back for sure.

The staff, both the receptionist Géorgie and cleaning staff Dragona were responsive and attended to our needs. This is the best part! The property is located in the centre in a convenient location. The room is modern and tidy, equipped with full amenities. The air conditioning in Amelia needs a full servicing or a replacement. Also, there was a consistant plumbing issue. The property is shared with other tenants and residents. The building’s common area was not well maintained and not clean.

Not a 4* hotel

This is a 3* hotel, at best. Hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floor of the building, below are other apartment and commercial offices. Doors to the building are wide open add day, meaning anyone can walk in, take the lift and be at your bedroom door. This does not feel safe at all. Pros: Nice interior design idea Spacious room (junior suite) Nice scent from auto spray bathroom fresher Polite, helpful and accommodating reception staff Very comfortable bed & soft bed linen Lots of natural light through large windows Excellent and bright ceiling lights, unlike in many other hotels Cons: Quality of interior design finish is absolutely terrible Dust everywhere and never cleaned properly You have to pay for coffee pods and tea bags. I've never see any 4* hotel do this. Worn furniture which doesn't show up in the photos Lots of loud music on the weekend from the street even with windows closed Dogs barking in the morning No live plants in the room, only one sad looking fabric flower head Bad musky smell coming from under the sink Room card has all the details of the property on it, every entry code and room name - if this is lost, whoever finds it can walk into the building & the room without any issues Lots of dirt marks on the white walls WiFi stopped working one evening Mould between bathroom tiles Bed never done by housekeeping Cups never washed properly Old water was left in the kettle Reception is only open 9am - 7pm Exposed walkway to room. Carpet soaped with water.

　日本のサービスを求める方、神経質な方にはこの施設はおすすめできません。日中は観光でホテルには寝に帰るだけという方には大変コスパのいい施設でしょう。 　空港からは７２番のバスで終点で下車します。料金は無料でした。バス停から少し坂を登りますが徒歩５分以内です。大きな通りに位置しているため買い物、食事、観光と大変便利です。中心に位置していますが夜は静かでした。 　シャワーキャップ、バニティセット、水、紅茶、ネスプレッソはあります。ティッシュがなかったためお願いしてみましたが、キッチンペーパーしかありませんでした。日本の柔らかいティッシュが必要な方は自分で用意しましょう。シャンプー、ボディー・ハンドソープはありますが、固形石鹸やコンディショナーはありませんでした。歯ブラシやヘアブラシもありません。 　受付にやさしい女性スタッフがいますが、朝９時にならないと来ないため、早朝の飛行機に搭乗予定の方は、事前に相談の上、前日までにチェックアウトを済ませてください。
