Dear, we would like to inform you that we read your comment and we can say we regret that the situation around the parking spoiled the impression of staying in our hotel. We would like to inform You that in front of the main entrance hotel posses places for stop where the guests can park the car temporary and take their luggage . After that our drivers can drive the car to the garage where parking costs 10 euro per day. At the time when You have arrived was very busy period, places for stopping have been occupied and our drivers have to park a few cars at the same time. That is why You have waited little bit longer then usual. At every moment drivers are on disposal and they are available to drive the car from the garage and return it back, that service is free of charge. We apologize for waiting little bit longer to park Your car. With regret we read that you did not enjoy your staying with us and we hope that you will give us another chance to show You what makes us distinctive, and it is our service. Regarding Your comment that breakfast has been excluded from the price, we have offered both of options to the guest: room with breakfast included and room with breakfast excluded, at the different rate. That choice depends on the guest. Parking is payable, because we provide parking in the garage which is in contract with us (on distance 50 m from the hotel), and in this case we also pay parking to them.
