At the receptionist, I was told that air condition has broken in our room and there is full of water. They send us in the new hotel, 300m far. In this City hotel, the lady was NOT kind, nervous. She was acting, like we were on her way.Wanted to check-in, she said, that we will not stay in this hotel, but in the apartment, another 200m away... Appartment was OK, breakfast OK. Next day after check-out another lady unkind...Just the staff needs to realized that the customer service is the key. Would never meet her again.
