No towels!!! Staff are terrible........avoid!!!!
Arrived during an f1 weekend. Checked into our house and no towels where visable. Returned to the front desk and interrupted to mid sentence to be told that towels are not included and ‘it’s normal’. After checking my booking returned once again to the front desk to state no such terms in booking, told ‘we have told hotels.com and it will cost you €5 per person’ The money I don’t mind had it stated (which it doesn’t on the app) the attitude of the staff it terrible. To charge for towels is nothing short of a rip off during what must be there most profitable weekend of the year. Avoid and camp!!!!
