Great experience and quality for a fair price
Really nice environment, staff was really kind, breakfast buffet had enough choices, only the electric chargers were hard to use and could be made friendlier.

Dinant tucked away gem.
We had a lovely stay here for our 25th anniversary. Our room was spacious & bed was comfortable. The bar area and lounge were very nice for a nightcap. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Lots of choices. The grounds are beautiful and great place to take a hike or walk. I do believe you should offer a shuttle a few times during day. We had a car & had to drive into town. But, would be inconvenient if you don’t have a car. The shower could’ve used a thorough scrub. There was some mold. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and out of the way property, but close enough for a trip into town! Facilities were really nice, grounds were beautiful, staff friendly and helpful. Ate at the restaurant on the evening and had the hugest bowl of delicious pasta also!

This hotel is found on a beautiful country road about 10 minutes outside of Dinant! Gorgeous property with hiking trails and a rock climbing area and amazing breakfast buffet! Our room could’ve slept 7 with pull out beds (though those are never that comfy) and had both a bath/shower and stand-up shower in the bathroom. My only complaint is lack of air conditioning, it says a/c on the add but it’s controlled by a central unit and the rooms were hot at night (it was 26-29 degrees most days but still…)

The location was great - a castle turned into a hotel, in the middle of nowhere. The room was also very large. But the room was unbearably hot, and the thermostat didn't work. The pillows were horrible, literally full of air which deflated once you put your head down. As a result we had the worst night's sleep in quite a while.

The property has beautiful gardens and it’s surrounded by woods. Our room for 3 was really a double room with 2 bathrooms, spacious, bright and with big windows with a beautiful view. The check in was a little delayed because they were still cleaning the room but that was a minor hiccup in a very pleasant experience!

Nice location and comfortable stay
The stay was quite comfortable. The hotel location was really nice, close to the nature. The hotel had parking for electric cars with charging points but unfortunately it was not possible to use it without membership of a specific provider which was a shame. I believe hotel can offer such facility to their guests. Rest it was quite nice stay.

We stayed for two nights but then added a night because we were having such a lovely time. The hotel was clean and located in a beautiful location just outside of Dinant. We could walk out of the hotel and hike and the indoor pool was a hit for kids.

Great hotel in Vianden
Great one night stay! Right in town within walking distance to the castle. The hotel provided a menu for their sister hotel which we ordered from for dinner. The food was great. We ordered breakfast the night before and was delivered to our room right on time. Spacious rooms and view of the castle from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Vianden!

Hotel in beautiful surroundings
I chose this hotel as a couples getaway the day after having proposed to my girlfriend and as a 'pitstop' on our way to France. I chose it for the beautiful surroundings in the Ardennen and that is what we got! Staff is kind and helpful. Food in the restaurant is decent, but nothing special.

Overall an okey stay but the rooms were outdated and the price was too high for what it was. Also, we tried the spa area but it wasn’t very clean so we left after 5 minutes.. that was disappointing.

great escape!
really good check-in. The Lady even spoke Portuguese with me. Very friendly. The restaurant is very good, the food was amazing! The breakfast was overall good as well. the location is great for hiking and for leisure or business.

The property was advertsised as in Dinant but was in reality in a suburb almost 6km away from downtown which made it costly and uncomfortable to reach the Jazz festival for which ee came to Dinant

Excellent hotel in beautiful location outside town of Dinant. Ideal base for visiting Dinant and sightseeing in the region. Hotel has facilities including indoor swimming pool and fine dining restaurant. Helpful and attentive staff.

I loved the grounds of this hotel. The property had a unique character and was quite lovely to walk through. There is excellent climbing in the immediate area, so I'd recommend bringing your climbing gear.

The hotel was set in a lovely setting, the grounds are a little bit run down. But there are beautiful walks straight from the hotel and our room was enormous.

The parking lot was full when we arrived, not easy to park. The staff at the reception was not friendly to us, she was smiling and very friendly to previous guests, but suddenly turned to a totally different attitude when she talked to us. It was really a bad feeling. The internet did not work well, we could not get connected for the whole evening, and finally got connected at midnight. There was no heater in the room, the air conditioner did not have warm air out although we set 25 degree, the room was still freezing. We had to wear coat in the room all the time, and couldn't sleep well because it was really cold. I responded to the from desk, and she only said 'yes, it was cold last night', speechless.... The area is nice, the facility was good (except air conditioner), the breakfast was good, but I will not come back again.

Very nice location, clean and spacious rooms. The person at reception when checking-in was very unwelcoming. We arrived after a very long drive and the person at reception did not even say hello..! Just took reservation and gave us keys, he was not interested in giving any information. We had to ask for everything. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant and asked receptionist, he said they don't have a menu in English, again was very unhelpful. We took a picture of the menu and spent a lot of time checking translations of the menu online. We then went to the restaurant and they had English menus and the staff there were very nice and helpful. The food was excellent. The receptionist at check-out was friendly. Overall it was a nice stay, just the checking in was unpleasant.

We were able to have a late meal in the restaurant after being hugely delayed by Eurotunnel. Hotel in lovely location. Some of the English translations on the menu are a little awry! Towels a bit thin. Overall though an enjoyable stay.
