Very accommodating. There’s only one regular Size couch in the living room but we knew that in advance, so we brought a blow up chair for the kids and a couple of folding chairs. I really can’t see how they could put another chair in the living room because of the shape of the room being long and narrow. We dealt with it and it was fine. We had a dog with us and the side exit was great for taking the dog out to go potty. It was convenient to both the North Unit and South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park (about 50 miles to North Unit, but no quick way there, and a beautiful drive). The host was very responsive when we didn't have check-in info sent, so no problems with check in once we talked. Host was also responsive when we reported a few problems and fixed what he could that day. There was not enough comfortable seating for 4 people in the living room, so that needs to be addressed since the house is advertised for parties larger than that. Sofa bed is not comfortable (needs a thicker mattress) so one of us slept on the couch without pulling it out, which worked ok. Difficult to find groceries, other than convenience stores in the area, unless you drive 20-30 miles to Dickinson.
