Great location. Short walk to City Centre. Hotel Great value. Food just ok (typical hotel food). I had a chicken burger and chips. (SKINNY FRIES -' sane as McDonalds). Why can't hotels serve proper chips and it would be easy to garnish the plate with a side salad.

Charlie was extremely rude. Worse customer experience. As well as having to check up at noon someone coming knocking at our door at half ten telling us we need to leave. Will avoid staying here in the future

The front desk staff were very, very kind and helpful. However, my room was only cleaned about half the time, and I had to frequently ask housekeeping for toiletries and towels or went without any.
