"The hotel was pleasant and conveniently located near lax airport. We had breakfast here however the cost of the breakfast was outrageous for the options provided in a buffet. "

"My room was clean and well equipped. However, the bedding was just a bit uncomfortable. My first night was disrupted by a neighboring room that woke me at 2:30 am with a loud scream, followed by another about 30 seconds later but with laughter at the end. This went on for about 15 minutes. I call Ed the front desk and they said they would send someone to patrol the area. But by that time the noise had settled to loud talking. When I called down the next morning, they had no record of my call. So then I asked to speak with the manager and they put me on hold. After a while they said he would have to try to reach me later, as I was leaving for an event. When I returned later that afternoon I checked if there was a message and there was none. I called down to the front desk again and they had no notes again. When I spoke to front end manager, Adrian, he said it would be impossible for them to pinpoint the noise origin and therefore offered nothing. When I noted concern about no note taking, and how that might help if others had or might complain about the same thing, how that might help by process of elimination. Instead of apologizing that my sleep was interrupted, he seemed to deflect that it might have been coming from the parking lot or another floor. I voiced my displeasure with his answer, excuse, and requested the GM contact me. He provided me with the GM’s email contact information. Overall I would still give this hotel a positive review as it is in a great location. "

"Hotel room was very clean. Incudes a mini fridge, tv, desk area, cabinet section, hair dryer, clean towels, mini shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, iron with board and a very spacious bathroom with handle bars and a pull down bathroom seat. Had a great stay, will definitely stay here again."

"Excellent property, room as clean and updated. Honestly you can’t beat the location if you want to explore Hollywood or go to the Bowl."

"Great staff, fair cost, my only criticism is the antiquated technology in the rooms - the tv, plugs, radio etc, very dated. Also, I would be nice if food and drinks were available more often at the pool, especially on hot days. Still, great value, caring staff and my go to in K Town when I’m visiting "

"It was good area near and accessible to every thing mostly restaurant. The only thing my complain is when we get in to our room smell like smoke cigarette . I have a kid with me and smell bad but they transfer us to a different room. So it was good the stuff are very helpful and friendly. "
