J’avais réservé dans cet hôtel il y’a 1 an… c’était bien. Cette fois le service s’est dégradé . Le séchoir par exemple est pour le décor ? Il fonctionne pas ! Aucun ustensile de cuisine dans une kitchenette ! La douche on en parle ? Pas de joint pour bien rendre étanche l’eau qui sort du coup la moitié de l’eau part dans tous les sens . Et pour cumuler : demander à chaque visiteur sa carte d’identité avant de rentrer et le reprocher par téléphone que le nombre de visiteurs devient bizare !? Le réceptionniste a osé Appelé au téléphone pour me dire de ne plus recevoir ! Je palre pas du flicage ( donner le nom de la chambre , le nom du client , et laisser une copie à la réception ) c’était tellement choquant et du pure flicage pour finir par des reproches de nombre de visiteurs ! J’ai quitté l hôtel la nuit au lieu de dormir la dernieee nuit ! C’était trop! Plus jamais

I stayed at Studio44 for two weeks, it was one of the best hotels I have tried so far, it's clean, the studio is pretty new and modern, it even has few kitchen appliances which made it easy for me to cook instead of eating outside 24/7. The housekeeper comes every single day to change towels and clean the room. Even though Lebanon at this time is experiencing a huge problem of outages, at Studio 44 you don't even notice this as they also rely on their gensets. There were also a small security cabin with code where you can keep your money, passport and the important stuff, that was a big plus for me, rather than carrying them with me or leaving them at the room without security. I also booked the shuttle airport, and even though customs and clearance took roughly 1.5h, when I went out the driver still waiting for me, that was so sweet. Finally, I really enjoyed my stay at studio 44, the personnel are very helpful, always smiling and happy to help. The room is modern and clean, and you have all what you ask for. I highly recommend it.

The hotel rents the rooms to people for a few hours to have fun and then leave from 2pm until like 6 am. The area is filled with bars and nightclub. It was very loud and noisy, people have no respect.

This property should not be rated 8.8 , it should be maximum 6/10 , ot smells like a cigarette tray, the walls are dirty . The area does not feel safe. Be aware when you book here 8.8 is too farfetched.

It was a very nice area to start. The hotel was located near shopping malls, parks and other recreational places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family as I was treated as such by everyone I encountered.

Studio 44 has a great location at the heart of Hamra, a central Beirut neighborhood. The property is clean and in good condition, and staff very friendly. Wifi was a struggle, very slow. There is also a faint but perceptible cigarette smell in the room and towels.
