A remarkably cosy and homey hotel to stay in Beirut. A great location where you can walk pretty much everywhere in Achrafieh and the staff are always there to assist. The only letdown is that rooms could have a have better noise insulation. And parking is out on the street. Apart from that, a superb hotel in the heart of the captivating Beirut.

We had a very nice stay in Beirut. The hotel is close to Sassine Square and is very close the ABC, St. Nicolas Cathedral, Gemmayze, Sursock etc. It is also in a very safe area and is also close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again plus the staff are just so very nice and accommodating...typical Lebanese hospitality at its finest!

I liked the way the staff showed their help and support, their welcoming style. The hotel is clean, cosy and very quote. Breakfast is good and the outdoor place is very quite and nice. I loved it.

The worst hotel in all the world
This is the widest hotel ever that I stayed in entire my life. 1st of all. Their beds are not conformable even I changed the room all the beds are not comfortable. Their pillows are not conformable. The phones in all the rooms are broken. The bath rooms are broken and too old. Shower Faucet was broken. Toilet Faucet was broken. No Room services. Ect. For the amount that I paid and too expensive I blamed myself. Also their elevator is too small and too slow and too old.

Great Hotel
This is a great quiet hotel in an excellent location. The price was very reasonable. The rooms are small but well-appointed. The staff is friendly. The pool is relaxing and very cold as I prefer. I've stayed here before, I will stay here again, and I will reccomend the hotel to friends and family.

Hotel staff were super. The hotel location was Central and street surroundings were very crowded. Hotel rooms a little dated and bathroom a little compacted but for our purposes was good.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, we were celebrating our 10th anniversary and they upgraded our room and delivered a cake with a lovely message to our room. The hotel has an old character to it that we loved and the bed was the best bed I have slept in. Shopping centre and restaurants within walking distance, we used Uber to go other places and never paid more than $4.50 to anywhere in the city. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel has excellent staff and rooms. Mine was rather small though, especially considering the premium price paid for it. The facilities are nice although some parts start to feel rather dated, for instance the pool area has definitely an 80s look and feel.

A good business hotel - mostly does what it should
A very good business hotel that does the job. A couple of odd bits - there was no working desk in my room as such. There was a half-Moon shape desk of sorts but much too small to be of any use. No desk chair either, just a couple of armchairs around the coffee table, which I ended up working on - but no plugs nearby. Apart from that, the hotel was very good. Clean, the bed comfy (although this will be polarising as it’s very soft so lovers of hard mattresses beware!). The walk-in shower was great with good pressure and the a/c nicely efficient. No massive bugbears apart from the working area so I would recommend this hotel. Service was good too - I asked for a late check-out and they accommodated a 3pm one. Good local area, shopping mall nearby for you shopaholics and some decent food joints all within walking distance.
