Counter staff were pleasant and courteous but English proficiency was minimal. The room was generously sized but oddly laid out - felt like a standard room had an annex tacked on for no good reason. Beds were rather hard but the decent chinese restaurant on the ground floor supplied the room service with a passable menu. The overall condition of the hotel is poor - once you get past the lobby, the corridors are dimly lit and there is an odd odour in the air. There are adult attributes for sale in the bathroom which makes you wonder what the hotel is used for, but did not effect my stay in any way.
