Hotel is very conveniently located,in the center of Beijing and right outside a subway station. The staff speak english well enough and is mostly competent. However, there was quite a long queue for check-in every afternoon.
Room was confortable and clean, but like the rest of the hotel, it is kind of outdated.
Spa and sauna facilities were closed (but were still advertised on the hotel reservation page). Hotel staff refused to do any commercial gesture and barely apologized, saying that I just paid for the room. They apparently didn't see any issue advertising services and facilities they did not actually provide.
