Room was large and well equipped; it is rare to find conditioner and weighing scale in hotel rooms. Check-in, however, could be worked on. Official check-in time on Expedia states 2pm, yet when I arrived at 1.10pm, I was told there are no rooms available, and that I should come back and try checking in again around 5pm. This is ridiculous, especially when check-out time is at noon. I had to tell the frontdesk staff I am okay with a twin bed room instead of a king bed in my original booking, only then did she ask me to come back after 2pm to try checking in again.
When I was in line waiting to check out the next day, there was, unfortunately, ill-mannered guests going up to the counter without queueing. None of the three frontdesk staff on duty bothered to help me with my check-out first, when I have been waiting in line. Frontdesk service staff definitely needs further training.
Staff in charge of airport shuttle were much more helpful in getting me a private-hire car to the airport in time.
