Housekeeping everyday and with soaps and shampoo you get cleaning detergent for laundry. Solid, reliable wifi and comfortable sofa. We were in an apartment style room with 2 king beds, and a small kitchen. We had a washing machine which was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The staff accommodated us and gave us pots and pans so we could do a little cooking. We asked for extra towels and pillows and were promptly given them. The front desk was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. One front desk worker named Byron was extremely kind. I had messaged him before and during our stay about many questions I had. He was very accommodating. There is a small store nearby where you can buy fruits and snacks. The closest metro is about 800 meters, which is a nice walk if the weather is nice. Our Great Wall tour bus loaded only one metro stop away from us.
