### Cosy apartment with stunning sea views!

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation.   
  
This recently built and elegantly furnished flat has fantastic views of the sea and the Medes Islands.  
  
Access to the beach is just a few metres from the complex and the service area. The car can be parked in the underground garage from where a lift takes you to the flat.  
  
It has 2 double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom and exit to the terrace which in addition to the beautiful ocean views offers views to the garden and the swimming pool.  
  
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom is located in the same corridor.  
  
A spacious open plan fully fitted kitchen leads to the living/dining room with sliding door leading out to the terrace, spacious enough for al fresco dining.  
  
The flat has a washing machine and dishwasher.

- ![This was one of my favorite spots in Spain.  It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front.  There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach.  I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach.
