"Was disappointed in service of room. Not attended to until 5th day of stay. Had to ask front desk for soap, towels and trash bags to empty trash from room. Shared info with front desk and was told hotel is busy and many tourists. Not an appropriate response. I'm a tourist from another country and paid for my stay. Disappointed. Hope it doesn't happen to other guests."

"Came to visit Liberty University and the location of the hotel was close by. Although it was crowded the next morning at breakfast due to some sporting event and business thing, it was fine. "

"We were in town for the Blue Ridge Marathon. Hotel seemed not too close to expo/ start but it turned out that there is a short and pleasant walk to downtown most people take (the front desk didn’t seem to know that, so thanks, Google). Hotel is right off the Hwy. Rooms are somewhat newer, quiet, and there is breakfast snacks early enough that marathon runners could eat, and the go run. Overall, would stay here again! "

"Spent one night here while visiting Bedford. Terry at the front desk was very helpful when I needed to print D-Day tickets. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is meager but enough to get by on. Plenty of places to eat and shop within 10 miles. There was some traffic noise since it sits right off a divided highway. Some u-turns are required when entering and exiting the property depending on your direction of travel. My only real complaint was that we had a nonsmoking room which had clearly been used for smoking. We remedied this by buying a candle at the DG a short distance away. I would recommend and stay here again."
