Went through Expedia, screwed up my trip, hotel charged me more. Room was dirty. House knocked on door at 7:45am and woke us up. Food was limited.

There were roaches in my room. I have pictures to prove it. I told the guy at the front desk and he just shrugged his shoulders. He didn’t offer a refund. I went to another motel in the area. Don’t stay at this hotel!

This place was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY I ran out of there in less than an hour! An didn't look back there were random people sitting outside my door listening in my room an there were God knows what stain on the chair in the room an of course there were those lovely bed bugs I ran out of that place

Room wasn't up to the standars as previous stays. Cigarette butns in the carpet trash in behind the refrigerator and table. Stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned the room nor gave us clean towels. Just all around not what i was expecting

The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast had good choices. They quickly offered another room when our non-smoking room had all the light bulbs missing, TV remote missing, and cigarette lighter with ashes on the floor. My recommendation would be that more attention to detail is needed when cleaning the floors. It seemed they had not been vacuumed recently. The bathroom and bathroom floor were both clean.

Place is all around clean and staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and uncomfortable beds. Only complaint i have it the toilet was a little dirty but overall satisfied

Dirtiest stay ever. Smelled horrible. Realized there were bed bugs on my last day. I want to warn others so they don’t waste their money and risk their health reserving a room here. Worst ever!!

The property is dated and a little tired but good value for the money. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We crossed the very busy street (not pedestrian friendly) to have dinner at Campestre’s, but there weren’t a lot of options.

Overall ok
I was shocked to see they have smoking rooms in 2023. There is a bit of a smokey smell even in the non smoking room we stayed in. We ended up using our ipad to watch a little tv before we fell asleep because the tv was quite small, but that isn't a big deal. We did hear traffic from the interstate, but it's right off the road so that's to be expected. Overall all it was a decent room.

This hotel was so dirty and so in need of repairs. The lobby and halls smelled so bad of stale smoke and other odours. Would never stay here again

This hotel was terrible! We arrived late after driving for 10 hours and went straight to bed. It wasn't until the morning we saw the bed cover was stained and had cigarette burn holes on it! The interior bathroom door had a fist size hole punched in it and what appeared to be blood stains near the floor under the bathroom sink! We paid $125, I was going to speak to the front desk for a refund due to the appalling condition of the room but just decided to leave asap! We certainly did not want to stay for breakfast! I took pictures to send to your head office!

Carpets are nasty and unswept, armchair had worn/dirt/nasty marks on arms from age and filth. Sprinkler has some brown crud n cobwebs on it for when it was smoking room I assume.

best place to stay
I stay here once a year and it's always been clean and comfortable. I was there just last week my toilet was broken and they got to it right away and had it fixed. It was so appreciated. I will be staying again next year. Everyone was very kind.

For the price we thought this Super 8 was a great deal because it included a pretty big variety of items for free breakfast! The individually wrapped crumb cakes were fantastic! I wish I had saved the wrapped to see if I could buy them in a store. The staff were super friendly, both the night and morning crews.

There was a stale smokey smell when we walked to our room and in the room. We should have left then but we were tired and went straight to bed. In the morning we noticed the cover on the bed was full of disgusting stains. Just gross!
