EXPERIENCE A RESTORATION
Lafayette Flats Boutique Vacation Rentals: Four modern vacation rentals in one historic building.

The unique lofts are located on the upper two floors of a 100-year-old cut-stone building. The interior of the building has been lovingly renovated with new electrical, plumbing, and individual heating/cooling systems, but retains much of the original architectural detail and charm.

This listing is for Flat #4, Eddy. It is located on the third floor. You will travel up two large art-filled stairwells (42 steps) to reach your beautiful flat. Please note: there is no elevator in this historic building.

Eddy is designed for a couple. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom. All four of our flats are designed for couples.

Eddy is a modern spacious apartment with unique design elements and original local art. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with Fiestaware and gourmet coffee service. Relax after an adventurous day in the luxurious tiled shower and then cozy up to the 42" HD LED TV before drifting off to sleep in the queen size bed covered in high-quality linens. You will find William Roam toiletries for your convenience.

Perfect stay in Fayetteville!
We really enjoyed our stay at Lafayette Flats. Everything was perfect. The apartment was so nice and clean and comfortable. Communication and instructions for check-in were thorough. We enjoyed the artistic vibe throughout the building. We had everything we needed and the furniture and bed were comfortable. Having such a nice place to stay really made our getaway a fun trip. Perfect getaway
The flat was immaculate and exactly as described. The town is cute and the flat is within walking distance of several local eateries. Very close to the park and outdoor activities. Communication with the proprietor was easy and they provide good tips and resources for the area, including an especially good reference on area hikes. Highly recommend the Eddy as a base for your getaway in this beautiful region. If we visit again we’d stay here again without question!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at the Lafayette Flats. The apartment is clean and the host makes sure you are comfortable. Perfect for one or two people. The location is great because you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. I enjoyed walking to the park and adjoining trails each morning.
