Clean, quaint, seems newly constructed. Comfy bed, SUPER hot water with good pressure, lots of USB plugs for charging, hot breakfast. Very close to a couple great breweries, not far from NRG bridge and tons of hiking options. Would for sure come back!

It’s a nice place if you just need somewhere to stop or you have to be somewhere local. But it’s in the middle of nowhere and the surrounding buildings need work.

This hotel was in an excellent location for us to enjoy New River Gorge National Park. This is an older hotel and has not been updated, but I feel that our room was clean and so was the dining area for free breakfast. The breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect to see New River Gorge National Park, only 4-5 minutes away. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the breakfast was great. I will stay here again in the future.

Parking spaces should be lined in the parking lot. Parking was limited on Friday night due to people taking up more room than necessary leaving less available spots

Stayed for one night on a trip home. While the property is a little older, the room was very clean & comfortable. Bedsheets were clean. Customer service staff were friendly and accommodating even after I arrived late at night. Would recommend to those passing through, as there are not many options in the area. Seems to book up quickly with the National Park nearby.

We stayed here for a weekend. It’s a great price for a decent room. I had no issues. The service was good, the room was fine, could be updated but overall fine. Good value for the money!

Room HVAC was old style under-window unit that has blower run all the time when using for AC or heat. No thermostat, Crude temperature setting, was hard to get comfort level, and constant fan tends to make me a bit sick.

Acceptable, not great
Overall, the accommodations were acceptable but not as good as other Comfort Inns I've stayed at. The tub had permanent spots that I initially thought were dirt, and it was missing the plug, so I couldn't fill it for a warm soak after hiking. The TV in the breakfast area didn't work, so I couldn't watch the news over breakfast unless I took my food up to my room, which would be messy. The hot breakfast was good, though.
