Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I love being able to get coffee and breakfast without having to leave premises. I'm a smoker and there was an enclosed areea with benches behind hotel for smokers.

Comfortable bed, super-comfortable pillows, friendly efficient staff, good breakfast with lots of variety, very clean.

Very easy to get to and very welcoming staff, both check-in and breakfast area.

There were ants all over our room. We didn’t get in to the room until it was super late and didn’t see them until the morning. Floor and night stand were covered in them. When I addressed it with the manager before check out she said “sorry”. Do not stay here due to the bugs! Management does nothing.

My Assistant General Manager did inform me of your concern. To be clear our management does a lot to ensure that the property is free of insects. The summer seasons bring a lot of activity with insects as I am sure your aware. We treat the hotel regularly to from a Professional pest company so that concerns as yours are minimal. I wish we were exempt from dealing with insects but unfortunately they share the planet with us. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be even more pleasant than the previous one.

It was a good location but the property is very basic and is dated. Would not return to this property

Staff was pleasant, and helpful. Property was under remodeling, and smelled terrible, and looked like a dump.
