Everything was clean and comfortable. Owner is very nice, and was readily available for any questions we had. Close to skiing, white water rafting, and plenty of hiking. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you.

Perfect location for hiking adventures in the New River Gorge
Loved being just minutes from Long point trail and the Canyon Rim visitor center to launch so many beautiful hikes. Really only at the cabin to shower and sleep so have no complaints. Our host had lots of helpful information ready for us and it was great to have morning coffee before heading out for sunrise hikes. Only little things we would have loved were some wall. hooks, luggage racks and Kleenex …. But still, perfect for our needs… would stay again. Oh and tho this has 3 bedrooms, id say it is best suited for two people given there is only one small bathroom!

Rustic stay near Fayetteville and New River Gorge
Great communication with the owner, Bobbi. Had everything needed, so much so my wife thought this must be someone’s full time home. Large yard for our dog and we used the fire pit both nights. Not an issue for us (married couple) but if the other bedrooms are used, there’s only one Jack and Jill bathroom. Again, fine for a couple or a small family but probably not get for larger groups in spite of the 3 bedrooms) Recommend for small groups.

Perfect little place
Nice little place close to everything. Comfortable bed and lovely porch. We didn’t need anything but owner checked in with us to make sure everything was good.

Nice place to stay.
Nice house with all the amenities you could ask for! The host Bobbi was so friendly and helpful with great suggestions to eat and hike. Very close to downtown Fayetteville, a neat little town and a good location to explore New River Gorge National Park.

Cozy!
Very nice little house, clean & cozy. Jack-n-Jill bathroom would be best used by a family group rather than friends sharing the house, but it was just the 2 of us, so it was no problem. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the fire pit or outdoor space (it was cold & a little rainy), but there was plenty of firewood if we had wanted to use it!

Great Easy Stay
Booked this property based on the review and was very glad I did. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and a small dog. The house was even more inviting than the pictures indicated and the kitchen was fully stocked for all our basic cooking needs. Location was ideal for sightseeing around New River Gorge National Park & Reserve. Bobbi was communicative throughout the process and the contactless check-in and check-out was a breeze. The only slight drawback was the noise at night from some rowdy neighborhood dogs (which indicted our our to bark) and high speed traffic on the adject road. It was really a problem for us but wanted to note it for any light sleepers. Overall, the property is as advertised and perhaps even better!

Good location
The house was perfect for what we needed. We were in Town for a wedding and it was a 2 minute drive to the venue. We were just a few minutes from downtown and just 20 minutes from Babcock where we did some hiking and biking. It is next to road which can be loud at times and there are a lot of dogs on the neighborhood so there is a lot of barking. It did not bother me or anyone else on my party but for someone looking for a more remote or quiet stay that would be a concern. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. The host was exceptionally accommodating and had everything you needed to cook. Including spices!
