We had a wonderful time! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Lots of wood provided for the wood stove. Plenty of board games for enjoyment. Our only complaint is the downstairs futon mattress. It was so uncomfortable I slept on the couch. It needs to be replaced. The trees were beautiful in their fall colors. We did have some issues with the tv. The satellite was broken. The host was extremely communicative before and during the stay. The house had fresh linens and towels as well as basic cleaning supplies. It was cozy for a wintery weekend in. We enjoyed snowshoeing on the frozen lake! Pet-friendly was a huge plus! ##### Christa B. Had the feel of a remote, rural cabin but super close to town and amenities. Check out the neighborhood general store across the street for coffee and breakfast.
