« I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness »

« London hotels are normally always extremely high-priced and we were seeing some ridiculous prices like GBP400+ even for three-star hotels, so we were lucky to find Heathrow Travellers Hub, which offered a reasonable stay not too far (about an hour out) from Central London. Do not expect the Ritz Carlton but it has good wifi, hot water, and most pleasantly of all, was very clean. For that reason, do not hesitate to use it if travelling on a budget. »

« Très bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel est accessible en métro et se trouve à seulement quelques pas de l'arrêt de métro. Très facile d'accès et visible depuis l'extérieur. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Les chambres sont propres, rangées et confortables. Lit très confortable, salle de bain un peu petite mais largement suffisante, la douche était impeccable : chaude et propre. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont été un vrai plus ! L'endroit est très calme et accueillant. Le seul bémol est la...

"Check in tres long. Carte pour la porte ne fonctionnait pas , retour a la réception, Timothée soit disant résoud le problème en reprigrammant la carte...ne fonctionne toujours pas!! Vu la distance entre ma chambre et la réception , 20 minutes de perdues. Heureusement que le personnel de ménage était la pour me faire rentrer. Donc bravo au personnel de ménage mais honte aux réceptionniste...et pas un mot d'excuse pour mon temps perdu et les aller retour!! Donc appréciation mitigée mais dans l'ensey très de u par la non qualité et empathie du.personnel.de réception.. "
