It is very nicely appointed with a steam shower, BBQ, drip coffee maker, electric fireplace and all the cookware/dishware you will need during your stay. Located in the Spyglass complex. Just walk out the door, step in your skis and head right down to Lara’s Gondola. Happy Valley Lodge, the Skating Rink and Tube Park are less than two minutes away. The Village at Big White is just a short and scenic gondola ride away to reach multiple lifts as well as all the shops, restaurants and amenities. Have A Large Group? We have another property available directly above that sleeps 9, which adds up to a total sleeping capacity of 15 for both properties! Please inquire to book multiple properties. Ground Floor Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with ensuite (full bath) Second Bedroom: Single over double bunk with a single trundle bed underneath. Parking \- 1 vehicle in the garage. 90\` height clearance, 96\` wide and 19\` deep. \- Additional parking stalls in the complex are available on a first come first serve basis. \- Overflow parking is available at Happy Valley. No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit. The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to. If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area. If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately. The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit. If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged $150, which will be deducted from your damage deposit. The electronic lock was broken on my arrival. I immediately let the property manager know. He was not up at the mountain, and proceeded to blame me for breaking his lock, and communicate in a very condescending manner. I'm not sure what business Brock Curzon has being in hospitality as I have never had this experience of poor, rude and downright offensive communication, when I was trying to check into a property. After the lock was not working, I was directed to a lockbox to get a physical key. There was no physical key and Brock proceeded to curse, and it was unclear whether he was directing his ire at me or the burden of having people stay at his rental and dealing with minor inconveniences of having to figure out a way to actually let them in. Finally, Brock decided to send someone over who was up at the resort, who eventually let us into the rental. Unfortunately, this took upward of 1-1.5 hours, on a freezing night up at the resort. His electronic lock, which he claims has "never had a problem in 5 years" continued to not work throughout our stay at Big White, and we had to use a physical key to access the unit.Ultimately, the place itself was great, but communication with the staylocations Brock Curzon representative was very much subpar, and at points offensive. I love going up to Big White, but will be staying elsewhere on my next visit. ##### Paul G.
