Hot tub was great. Empty lot beside turned into a great jump location for the 25 year old kids! Bunk room was fun and functional but mattresses were too thin and not comfortable. 2 TVs and cable were great but none in the main room,so kind of hard to watch the Super Bowl on 2 pullout couches in the basement. Only complaints were that there was no laundry, and with 2 families with young kids that was hard. Also, furniture isn't the greatest, only sitting for 4 people on couches on the main living area, we were a group of 10 so that was also challenging.
