Sleeps 10\. Ski in/Ski out Chalet with Private Hot Tub. About this space This beautiful unit has a spacious living room with a spectacular view of the Monashee Mountains. Equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Access the hot tub from the living room or master bedroom. 1 King bed in master, a Queen o er Quee bunk bed in the 2nd and a King with a twin bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. With 2 full baths and everything you need to enjoy the amazing view. Sit back and relax or ski in and ski out in the famous Okanagan Champagne Powder The space This condo has a home like feel it's on the main level so no hauling your gear up and down flights of stairs. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. A private hot tub is accessible from the living room and master bed room. Full-sized washer and dryer Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom Other things to note If you don't have big white ski passes, drive into the village and get passes before skiing out to chairs from the building. You can also stop at the Gem Lake Chair (the first chairs you see on the road) If open they have machines there that can print off your lift tickets. You can ski out of our chalet in the following ways. There is a map detailing this in the house binder and also a picture on here. 1\. Put on your gear outside of the building ski/board down the road. Take the first left and continue down that road to the bottom curve and enter where the sign says lift access. In the off chance that there is no snow on the main road you can either walk the one house down to the road on the left and ski/board down. If there is no snow on that road you can walk up 1 house to the path on the right of Snow Pines and go down from there. To Ski/Board in you have 3 options 1\. From Serwas Run take the exit off it that says Snow Pines Estates. Follow that a short way down until you hit the road. Take off your gear and walk up 4 houses. Note- Do not take the first exit off Serwas called Lower Snow Pines 2\. Not far past the Snow Pines Estates exit and shortly after the orange snow gates and right after the Grizzly condos on the right you will see a small semi steep path down the side of the building to the street right above our building. Ski/Board down that path and the road to our place. If the road has no snow you can go walk the 5 houses down. 3\. The condo was gorgeous and included all basic items as well as games, dvds, and books. An issue we had is that there are many discrepancies in the VRBO listing. The checkout time listed 11, but the “checkout instructions” section (also in app) said 10\. The cleaning instructions were different on the app than in the binder upon arrival, and there were additional instructions left by the cleaner that were again different. The sleeping arrangements in the photos matched the “sleeping arrangements” section of VRBO, but were different than the actual description and what was actually in the condo. These are simple fixes, and other than this our stay was amazing. We loved the ski-in-ski-out option. STILL: we loved the property and would stay again. ##### Justine M. This was our 7th time staying at Big White in the past 10 years but our first time in Beaverdell. We’ve been spoiled on our past stays with true ski-in/ski-out properties (i.e., ski right to the front door). This condo requires a pretty good walk up the street while carrying your gear in your ski boots at the end of a long day - it wasn’t horrible but a bit of a challenge for our oldest family member who has a touchy back. We ended up just taking a car down to Happy Valley so we could ski all the way to the bottom to save him that walk. It isn’t a stand-alone unit and unfortunately we could hear our loud upstairs neighbors walking around at night, along with their yappy dog. Again, it wasn’t awful, but if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs. The condo was very clean and spacious; the kitchen was well-stocked; it has a great hot tub (VERY CLEAN) with an excellent view! Everyone could relax and watch TV together on super comfy sofas at night which was nice (we’ve stayed at other properties that sleep 10 but only had seating for 4-5 in the TV area). We had a small problem at check in (the door code didn’t work) but the owner was extremely responsive and returned our call and got it resolved within about 60 seconds. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and it exceeded our expectations! ##### Amber G.
